Pattern Project
Watching The Petals Fall
A project on designing and creating a pattern. Research of precedents and an exploration of different mediums guided the process.

Inspiration stemmed from poppies and their symbolism of remembrance, resilience, and growth. The final motif is a continuous loop, displaying an abstraction of a petal falling, decaying, and regrowing, emphasizing the flowers life cycle.
